What is Somatic Movement?

Somatic Movement is a powerful practice that can help you release tension and stress in your body. By reing your brain with your muscles, you can learn to fully and work in a more energy-efficient and pain-free manner. This practice goes beyond simply performing exercises correctly, as it requires developing the skills of internal physical perception and experience. Somatics is not about lengthening and strengthening, but rather about addressing the root cause of muscle from constant over-contraction.
