Meet the Team
Michelle Kennedy Davis- Proprietor began her wellness quest over 21 years ago when she chose to partner with her mother in providing an alternative health and wellness center. She decided to become a massage therapist and specializes in different modalities, such as, Massage Cupping and Myofascial integrative techniques. She had an interest in Yoga as a child and pursued this interest , and decided to make Yoga a part of the healing process and in 2012 she finished her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and is registered with Yoga Alliance. In 2016 she expanded her love for Aerial Yoga and entered the Aerial Yoga Teacher Training Program. She now offers safe, step-by-step workshops for those who want to improve flexibility and defy gravity with a yoga emphasis. In 2018 She retired her Massage License to focus on running the business to spotlight teaching and training.
Kristy Seiber has been practicing yoga for 4 years, although she's only done it in a class setting with others for about 2 years. Inspired to take her own practice further and gain more knowledge, She completed her Teacher Training in April 2021. She first came to yoga for the physical benefits hoping to lose weight and become more flexible and fit. As her body became stronger and healthier, She soon discovered that her yoga mat was a place to find a sense of contentment, self awareness and connect the mind and body. The more she learned and grew as a yogi, the more she wanted to share the practice she loves with others. I realize that yoga is not a "one size fits all" practice, and that every person is on a different path. I want to offer my students the opportunity to take their own path in their own way at their own pace, to modify when needed and to honor how they feel at all times. I find tremendous joy, satisfaction, and inspiration in seeing students discover their own personal yoga journey, and I hope to nurture and encourage along their way.
